We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 January 2021, 3 May 2021 and 27 May 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had today resolved to fix the issue price of the Consideration Shares at RM0.8005 per DNeX Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price was determined and fixed by the Board with reference to the 5-day VWAP of DNeX Shares of RM0.8005 up to and ending on 25 June 2021, being the pricing cut-off date in accordance with the terms of SSPA.

An announcement will be made on the listing and quotation of the Consideration Shares in due course.

If CS/ PAG voted YES, the percentage to be passed will be more guaranteed, really a interesting bet now, nobody can confirm the result now until tomorrow, everybody is guessing and various version of stories now, but for those big bosses who collecting WA must be having some strong points to support them to do so. nobody can know the answer until the next meeting, anything can happen, buying warrant is just like put on a bet now, either you gain 100%, or total lose, you dare or not only.

Purchase price has been reduced from USD 50 M to USD 25 M, yes, the price is fair, but 80% utilization of the trust account reduced from 40% t0 20%, the rest of 60%? again for 2nd stage QA? still got time? expiring on this July 2016.

Have they resolve this 80% trust account utilization issue??
