Based on AGM result, Share consolidated from 1.6Bil to 160Mil, but then issue RI 1.2B share, at the end final NOSH would be 1.36Bil. Can anyone advice the rational behind their plan ?

Investor787: Many companies do not pay dividends including Bornoil. Also, there is no way you can make profit from declining stock unless you bought it when it was very low. If you bought it when it was too low, and stock begins to decline, you can only sell and save some of your gains, but you cant make profit.
I think you should be realistic. before you invest you should look into the fundamentals of the stock, which NTA and PE ratio are part of it. In addition, you also should have exit strategy in place.
If you don't trust the credibility of the NTA and EP Ratio reports of the Malaysian companies I don't Plame you.

MZM2511, fixul19 : I have taken this definition and example from google: (Net Tangible Assets per share (NTA) is the value of the total portfolio divided by the number of shares on issue. If the value of the total portfolio is $100 and the number of shares on issue is 10, then the NTA is $10 per share.) you can check it by yourselves.
I agree with you Mr MZM2511, In fact what you said is the same as what I said.
(Net tangible assets are calculated as the total assets of a company, minus any intangible assets such as goodwill, patents, and trademarks, less all liabilities and the par value of preferred stock.)
In short: NTA is (value of the total portfolio of the compony less all liabilities divided by the number of shares issue by the company).
Thank you all guys, I am an international investor, not Malaysian, and I don't live in Malaysia. I have a lot of difficulties to find out credible information about Malaysian companies.

This can be true only, if bornoil has wealth other then its market capital such as gold, property, land, buildings, and cash that is not included in its market capital but how do we know this?

hakimsaat: Yes, this ( https://www.malaysiastock.biz) website shows that Bornoil has (Market Capital (RM): 286.50m, and Number of Share: 6.367b) then it says NTA is 0.13 !! I think there is something wrong with their calculation. because 286.50m / 6.367b is 0.045 and not 0.13 !!

Another problem is that NTA does not always mean cash money, it could be property, such as land, buildings and any other wealth including cash.

Net Tangible Assets per share (NTA) is the value of the total portfolio divided by the number of shares on issue. If the value of the total portfolio is $100 and the number of shares on issue is 10, then the NTA is $10 per share. Now Bornoil according to i3investor.com has Market Cap: 287 Million and NOSH: 6,367 Million, this means the NTA is 0.045. so I don't know where you get 0.13 Mr (MZM2511)?

Therefore, if the NTA is 0.13 this is good for the company owners, but it has no meaning for investors like me and you.

MZM2511: when the company bankrupts NTA are sold to cover part of the wealth of the common and preferred shareholders (company owners). NTA will not cover (ordinary share holder like me and you)'s lose!

I think NTA is only relevant when the company goes bankrupt! Otherwise it has nothing to do with the shares value.

Hi folks, just the way I see is, that this counter is hopeless counter. For those who can sell now you should do so now. If you can't sell like me, because you entered from 9 cents or higher, or you still believe that this counter will go up one day! you should wait till the end of October, the price will be 2.5 or 2 cents. if the current trend continue, the price has fallen from 6 cents to 4 cents last 4 weeks.

If it cannot go up to 0.10 that is good reason not to hold! I thought it is going to grow more than that? I am new bee, but I think I have to sell it ASAP. I cannot hold 2 or 3 years for no reason. Thanx for the comments folks.
