With the aforementioned growth prospects, Ranhill is exploring the possibility of a secondary
listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”)
by way of an introduction to broaden its investor base and gain access to an additional
platform for future fund raising to finance the Company’s regional expansion. The Company is
also reviewing the new listing due diligence guidelines issued on 13 November 2020 (which
took immediate effect) and applicable to all listings (including by way of introduction)
