P/E ratio Past 10 Years For Plenitude: 2009=2.32 2010=2.87 2011=5.78 2012=7.20 2013=6.84 2014=10.46 2015=3.27 2016=12.91 2017=12.18 2018=12.09 Average 10 yr P/E=7.59 Current P/E=14.17 Maybe the current price of RM1.44 is still expensive. Even when the property stock was hot during 2014, the P/E only at 10.46. The "Good" price will be at P/E of 10 = RM1.02, maybe? How all sifu think?
