No respond after email them, a failure company, last annual report 2022

Dividend declared is 0.0238 but why I received only 0.02185? Is it because they auto deduct the tax?

Until today i still haven’t got the egm letter, what happen they want less proxy (i cant go so will proxy) and less people to attend to vote against them?! Agm i got it pretty early!

i think the chances of all small shareholders unite together is very low, i went agm last year and all uncle auntie vote for the agenda and they went just for food hunting. they bought the shares many years ago, after splitted share they still earn, if drop below 60 cent they baru hurt...
