With the P3 impact already being factored in and with new replacement biz on board plus the new terminals to increase capacity, this is a stock to watch. the past 6 months, no movements, but now the foreign funds are rerating wprt. with the cash in hand, do not discount further dividend payments or bonus issues in the near future

the huge and long waited bukit jalil development is coming up with the notice board already being put up. Although the property market has been impacted negatively by the govt measures, investing in excellent location properties still commands good followings from investors

huge tranx done at 9.04 & 9.17 were beyond retail investors and if you notice since a few days back, the volume of this stock is slowly building up. Today's volume already more than the previous month's average. guess people are now noticing the potential of this stock and with the good financial reports, it bounds to do a catch up

looking at the recently announced balance sheet, they have already drawn some large loans.

this is a counter that makes one wonders why there isn't much movements when the prospects are so good. definitely generating close to 50M in extraordinary profits for the current quarter and the land bank in bkt jalil. Ho Hup went from 50+ cents to 1.90+ where the benefits of bkt jalil is only 1/6 that malton will obtain when the project is developed. it's really a strange, strange stock. looks like some parties are deliberately sub-pressing the stock price.

great news this morning confirming the withdrawal of lawsuit. expected to complete the deal by year end and the company will gain an after tax profit of RM38Mil!! recent announcements on the disposal of its sg long land will also reap another extraordinary gain of RM16Mil!

the Sarawak company counters are beginning to move. monitor these counters very closely..

if results are really bad or there is major write offs, then we should petition to the SC to have Ngu investigated for selling ahead of the investing public. this is insider trading

with ngu resuming his selling spree, there seems to be no end to the falling share price. this comes so close to Qtr announcement, certainly makes one wonder if he is doing the right thing. if the company announces bad results or may be the cancellation of certain projects, then we should report him to the SC for insider trading! BTW he still has another 53M + shares to dispose..

this counter will have bad publicity and negative investors confidence for short to medium term. whether it is able to recover, it remains a big question mark. too much negativity and the 2 exec major shareholders are certainly killing the confidence, if there is still any, in the stock

sigh..with Ngu continue trend of disposing his shares in open market, a reversal of price looks highly unlikely. judging the high selling volume for the morning session, strongly believe that his disposal trend continues.. now the next biggest question is whether anne follows suit.

likely this share will end up the similar fate like keywest and insbio.. with 300k in revenue per quarter, delisting looks like the only option available

whether or not there appears to be hiccups in the roll out of th 205M contract? from the selling spree of the top two exec, there appears to be something which they know that we don't.. if the majority shareholder who holds in access of say 50% stake and want to sell down to dilute his / her shareholding for better public float, it is understandable..but for someone who held only 14% to dilute his stake to 8 plus% in a short duration..then it is highly questionable as analysts and reports were printing out glowing reports of the stock. so why sell now??
