Higher raw material costs as a result of weaker Ringgit. But they have converted most of their own toner formulations to their own in-house produced resins , just the final surface treatment of their toners are primarily imported from Japanese manufacturers and they are mostly purchased in Japanese Yen (if not in US Dollar). The stronger Yen has resulted in higher raw material costs, and thus, an adverse impact on their COGS.
