Salvatore dali also talked about sona on bfm just now.. In summary.. Agrees management teams are very strong.. He thinks deal with salamander does not sound good.. Sona price shud be higher but getting slammed due to oil price.. It can be a good thing as now sona can find assets with a better deal..

One has to wonder, why did CEPSA come in and back out?. Why did Sona SC announcement pop up just after Ophir made their offer ?

It is kind of clear cut to the unseen eyes/layman that this deal might be going down the gutter, this is because of limited information exposed to us. But look at the other end, RHB (L), CIMB, Bursa, even on the largest banks in the world, BNP Paribas has given some sort of approval to this shell company to move forward.

Sona is a power team with the know hows. At this stage we can only bet on the team and not on any facts.

All I can say is the SONA mgmt not stupid.. and they have the means and the know hows... so.. do u think they will just con people at around .40~.60c ?... Just say they really want to con people and eat their monies worth... they can drive this stock to easily rm1.50 etc... they said to have a piece of the pie of Salamander since Jan 2014...

So in summary.. you got holding power and trust the mgmt, you hold this SPAC.. else dun come here and try to swim with the sharks..
