betul, betul is " F & C " counter...REALLY tired see this " L" counter !!!

most of the stocks are up ,but it just like dead fish,,,not move at all ,betul, betul sai !!!

People rather to choose to take the risk for immediate return instead of waiting for another 16 months to get back money . Because it seems chances to get QA is getting smaller....If they buy now at 0.620, they will get stuck & lost opportunity to buy another potential stocks.

Although capital return + interest earn able to provide 13%return for a year for price 0.620 -.0.625 ,,,but seems nobody is interested .

If no need to use fund urgently, just keep it until get back money. From now on can get about 13% return per annual .Why have to throw since it able to provide much better return than FD ?

back to 0.635..really don know why keep on selling ,,market so good for many many counter,,this counter is one worst performance YTD stock compare to most of the penny stocks.I believe this year most of retailer able to gain from market except those who hold cliq ,,really, really shui!!

trap again..even just up 1-2 cents then push it down again..now hold at 0.640 can get return average about return 15% for 20 months time in case really no QA at the end in 04/16 .But every body seems totally no confidence & so scare to hold...haiz,,,the share price how to up ?

No good news ,just talk rubbish in AGM .Mentioned how hard working they were inpast one year & finally the cooked duck had fly away in Feb 14...because of this and that.Now have to choose back the 2nd grade assets and all start again. No hope la.!the share price sure will continue performance like die fish.

Just less than 2 yrs (left 22months ) if you buy now 0.645, in case no QA ,still get about 7% return each year . So downside is very limited. Upside is depends on when and how is the QA turn out...if not greedy ,gain 10% shouldnt be any problem . So dont worry ,just hold it. now Cliq is the only spac counter for coming any speculation news...

After Sona announce QA , focus might go to Cliq . Because it is the only one left with no QA and still below 0.675 +int (very safe bet )some Sona shareholder might switch to Cliq especially who sold & made money today .

No matter what ,at this junction , nobody knows when QA will come , just hold tight your Cliq .less than 2 yrs , guarantee min return 0.675 +int (at 0.655 equally return 6% ++ ) better than FD .
Bonus is,if announce QA earlier or goreng earlier maybe euphoria come after SONA price hike or others.. I believe sure will come..

Logically Cliq price should be above 0.80 if use sona price as benchmark .Is it make sense for most of the people jump in to buy Sona (for spac counter)instead of choose Cliq just because its fund size bigger,even its price already much higher than max refund 0.45 without announcement QA(same as Cliq )?

How do you know that it must be come first? Then coming IPO "reach" everybody should throw sona & cliq to swift to reach. (dont forget ,cliq has shorter times to conclude QA compare to SONA).

Cliq share really in deep shit performance . SONA (IPO later by 4months) is almost hit back to the new high (0.62).Current price 0.58 is 28% higher from(90%refund) 0.45 ,both also no announcement for QA.

but Cliq ,current price 0.650 , still 4% below 0.675 (90%refund).

Time is running out for CLIQ , left 22months only....What happen to the management ? still sleeping?

amend my mistake earlier..the bank interest income already add into the 90% fund .Actually now up to 31/3/2014 still have 20 mil to sail . That means very clear if they finally no QA, definitely can get back 0.675+int.Sure will come ,,otherwise management's share worth 120 mil++
will be gone .

Refer to latest account, until 31/3 . Cash balance left 20,594,000 If take out 10,170,000 which interest gain from 90% fund(which is have to retain together with the 90% fund,if I am not mistaken ) . It only left about 10 mil from 1 april onward.

If base on their previous record expenses for salary, benefit & finance cost average cost about 1.5 m per month , until October this year ,it would be dry & cant move at all .

So , I think it is almost final stage for QA...(no more money for them to use. Otherwise everybody just wait for refund 0.675 +Int in Apr 2016 .

No matter what ,just hold it, no need think of swift to other counters or sell it (unless you need to use money urgently ).Otherwise ,who can assure that the counter you swift to can guarantee it will up ?if at the end really no QA comes..you and me and all the CLIQ shareholders are no luck ,,get back 0.675 and close file.

recently market seems a bit volatile's market, if you are interested to invest into stock market , one of the best choice is to buy Cliq. Now guarantee return 7% per annual .No matters how bad is the market, still sleep well .

If QA comes,price still die like salt fist. Just vote against and get back 0.675 that's all. Instead of to invest in those penny active stocks with no guarantee return to your hard earn money .

The stupid management team take millions free salary for just sleep at home and play golf when wake up . When end of the month, ask account issue salary and claim thousands entertainment fees .

They use ipo fund just for their easy salary ...

seems like everybody has known that Cliq just wait for refund 90% after 2 more years . That is why even though most of the penny stocks are up ,it still stand there no move at all....even though SONA also no QA , but already 0.55 . If trends keep on that , warrant holders have to prepare their warrant will become valueless when time is up.

Dont know what is going on in CLIQ , still under 0.675...never move ,,,sona already up almost 30% from 0.45 .Even Sona wa higher than its wa . both are spacs , how come difference so much????

Yesterday 10/04/13 is 1st year anniversary since ipo listing .still 2 yrs left to get QA . but the share price is really bad performance compare to SONA . If compare to refund price (90%)in case no QA . SONA is 0.45 and Cliq is 0.675 (both plus FD int ).

Now Sona 0.540 almost 20 percent return from 0.45 .but cliq ,0.635 still below 0.675 even though it was listing 5 months earlier than sona .really do not understand why the share price so poor .

Sure the management will come out with QA . Otherwise their(126,188,080SHARES, same as warrant) 20% mother & warrant total worth RM110M base on today share price , will become no value at all .

The 90% is refund for mother share at RM0.675 + bank interest 3.2%per annum .Do you think the management team willing to let go for so much money ? FINALLY no QA within 3 years just because they insist want to look for a very good deal ?
