any tips on this stock?

Hi,i am a, absolute true newbie to this but found it interesting. been doing my research on Malton too and everything about the company in terms of the developements and projects on their site sounds good. the last annual report too showed good results (in my humble opinion). This stock is also greatly undervalued but I simply cannot understand why the price is at this level for so long. Any experienced investors care to educate me/us?Thanks alot.
