you all can try on fundsupermart.com. a lot of data available on the website and can buy with low initial sales charges (0 % ~ 1.75 %) compared to UT agent of 5.5 %. What I trying to say is that we have to do our study and not shouting without fact. I have a strong feeling that our friend is actually buying when he ask people to sell by saying that there is no dividend. Now he is suddenly upgrade to buy at 90 cent (after he have loaded enough) and get people to buy (so that he can sell?). Just be careful of this kind of people. I am sure I am not the only one writing to investor relation as I saw few people posted here asking people to calm down as dividend is coming. One even state the AGM date.

shpg22, too late. I bought a lot when you said no dividend and asking everyone to sell. Just a simple email to investor relation to confirm that dividend is coming, then I start buying. just sold some to release capital.

I bought some today. I felt like some one is shorting this share as ytlpwr might be out of msci. And i also notice that huge buying volume after 4.40 pm, like they want to close their short position. Just my oppinion

Someone manipulating the share price or using auto system to do it? I notice whenever someone buy 100 lot, it will have 14 lot sold after that. 1000 lot buy will have 140 lot sell after that. Look very suspicious..

Tabung Haji holdings increased from 26,095,100 share (2.6 %) on 31 Mar 2016 to
52,505,873 share (5.099 %) of 08 Feb 2016 to become substantial share holder. We will know if Lembaga tabung Haji continue to buy in future as he is substantial share holder now!!

I am not sure whether 20 cent is the lowest but I am ready to buy more if it drop to 18 cent. Never ever think any stock price is low enough for you to all in because there is no such things as lowest. It may always get lower. I will wait for next QR to decide whether to add further. Just to make sure Mulpha really use the money raised from Right issue to repay their debt as they claimed. If Mulpha used the money for something else like buying land, we have really to reconsider the credibility of the management.

Angielim, I think someone want to dispose their share and mulpha forced to absorb it to prevent share price fall further for the 2.6 m share buy back. Or someone called Mr Lee and ask him to absorb it. Mulpha will be good if you are looking for long term investment for the piece of land in Gerbang Nusajaya and development land in Australia. AVEO group Australia (formal FKP) have successfully turn around and giving good dividend that will provide cash flow for Mulpha. Mudajaya still in deep shit. No hope for dividend as Mulpha is heavily in debt now and hardly generate enough cash flow to pay the interest. Mulpha financial shall be improve in coming few years if mulpha stop buying land in Australia. Something you need to take note is that you have to put your trust on management that never pay dividend and have 2 right issue from 2010. I have loaded some Mulpha share in pass few days when it dropped to 20 cent as I think all the negative point have been priced in. Happy Investing!

Trust me. keeping cash now is the best option for ICAP shareholder. With TTB stock selection skills, high change he will buy few more shares like PArkson or Boustead if we push him to buy now. Better wait for market to drop 50 % when even monkey can find an undervalue stock, then ICAP only buy share. Really pity those uncle that invest ICAP with their retirement money.

Actually fayeTan did a good job. Whenever she have buy call, just sell. When she have sell call, just buy. It work for me and I just sold all my airasia share pass few days with close to 50 % profit. same goes to petronm, skpetro, CIMB. End of this month will prove her call on KimLoong....

Cheeseburger, price might not drop but value will drop. For example, now you will need 2 kg of gold to buy an apartment but 5 years later, you only need 1.5 kg of gold to buy the same apartment. or another example, when you sell your house today, you can buy 40,000 CheeseBurger but when you sell it 5 years later, you can only buy 35,000 CheeseBurger. However, in RM term you might still making 20 ~ 30 % profit when sell 5 years later. You read the article again and digest what it try to tell. even last paragraph "房產价值∕价格下跌三、四成". 价值 and 价格 is 2 difference things. That is just my opinion and happy reading.

Don't you see the same greed growing in Malaysia too? Be honest, a lot of us own more than one house. BNM try to curb lending and government built more affordable house. What does that mean? higher supply at cheaper price and lower demand (house buyer fail to get loan). What will happen to property price? We are lucky because inflation rate in Malaysia is not that high and BNM do not have the pressure to increase rate. else, it will be worse!

You are right, there are a lot of hidden cost we need to pay even we have no tenant. some people will always tell us how good is return from property investment and even create illusion that property price will continue to increase with high rate simply because they are making money from property transaction (property agent, lawyer etc..). Until you have an apartment or condo and rent it out, you will know the truth.

If you have a condominium renting out to tenant now, try to calculate how many percent net you can get(deducted all the fee that you have to pay like maintenance, insurance, assessment fee, quick rent etc...)

This article is good but if we understand the wisdom behind. House price increased might be due to currency depreciation and absolute value might not increase. If we compare house price to gold or something like how many egg or mcd cheeseburger or how many bottle of Tigerbeer we can buy with the price of your house, house price might not increase much. The only advantage of buying house is the leverage (only true when interest rate is low). During interest rate rising cycle, money that we get from property investment might not even able to beat the FD rate (not to say the loan rate). Even now, we can easily get FD promotion with more than 4 % rate. Look at what happened during US subprime crisis and that is a clear example. Anyway, that is not going to happen in Malaysia anytime soon as our property still relatively cheap.
