The Board of Kinsteel wishes to announce that on 17 August 2016, the Company was served with a winding up petition dated 4 August 2016 by Messrs Chan & Associates acting for Jambangan Untung Sdn Bhd (“Petitioner”). The petition shall be heard in the High Court of Malaya, Kuantan (“Court”) on 3 November 2016.
