Very funny when due to you Board doings it became ‘penny stock’ and your longer term investor suffered big losses from your high of 35sen to 5.5sen now.

The thing is the company not in a industry wide slump. They are in Digital space where the industry is flourishing and government supporting it!
The depressed price looks fishy and keep on going lower and lower for the one plus year. Doing PP and CEO selling shares to depressed the price?
Of course those who know the intention can buy at low while the normal shareholders like us can just stare at the big losses.

People trying to raise as much money as possible when selling equity while they keep on depressing the price to raise lesser money.
I think a lot of people staring at big losses in this counter looking at the chart and seeing their shareholding being diluted at the same time.
One of the share where most of the negative comments directed at the CEO where i find it appropriate.

It is hard to trust the management when they keep on doing PP (to god know who ) and at a lower and lower price which raise lesser money. If they PP to some funds who can hold to stabilize the price, probably understandable and raise more money out of it.. or maybe no funds trust them as well..
Seeing your shareholding being diluted that way will be hard especially for ikan bilis shareholders. Losing money is one thing, the manner the money being lost is another thing. Again from investor point of view

If you are a trader, you can trade on any stocks without taking into account of the management trustworthiness.
For investor, it will be important and wether they can generate value for their shareholders.

the management doesnt seems to be trustworthy. I dont think they care their shareholder.
Shareholder that i am referring to are those who chose to invest into the company and not those ‘ttader’.

seriously, i am just tracking the NTA as the insas statement too complicated for me to understand, just like other financial related company.

Their Inari stake already more than their market cap... haha

You can sell it if you dont like the 4% interest when listed. The value of the RPS will not differ much as its been well protected by redemption of the same value or can be used to convert the warrant.

If you start blaming anyone when your share going down, you should just sell your share immediately as you are not suppose to purchase it in the first place.
