oh my god, 450m $ for the themepark? more than half of its NAV? forget about it, it will nvr climb back to its NAV.
If u look into the JV t&c for themepark, prkcorp will hv to bear all the liability for the JV co., although the profit is on sharing basis.
Sounds like a typical GLC deal, huh?
