Good morning Soojinhou,

Thks again for highlighting on assets based approah in investments.

It was due to my past dealings in Car Wholesale Business and later into Real Estate Business of buying Auction Houses at discount from High Courts. Just as i bought discounted Company cars in Fleet tenders.

So as a natural progression i gravitate to Companies which have Real Assets but whose Value is overlooked by the Market.

And for that I found Sifu Ben Graham's Margin of Safety principle by buying into discounted stocks selling at prices way below NTA.

Happiness is to buy Listed Company Cars way below market value

Happiness is also buying foreclosed houses from High Court Auction at half price.

And happiness is to buy shares of Company selling way below True Intrinsic Value
