I think as long as no walk in customers allow, then it should be okay! Give and take! Feedback is important! MCO 1.0 was very destructive! For night market hawkers, allow them to operate in day time as night time, infection rate surge!

For small hawkers,who are mostly B40, allow them to operate daytime with strict SOP! But totally ban migrants for working or operating!

gomen use wrong way. only foreign workers who pass covid test, allowed to operate....5 million legal, illegal foreign workers but only over 100,000 tested. still a long long way to go. our test process too damn slow....
