Can someone please advice and share, where did the 20mil shares priced at 0.17 disposed to?

Is it a direct transaction to another seller? As who will buy an overvalued shares directly, other than those with intention to jack the price of the ordinary shares to the value equal or higher than the disposed shares.

Basically if they can buy at 8.5sen/9sen from market, why must buy at 17sen from the director? More of corporate move. Mr Lim got the 20mil shares as an employee stock option at 10sen. This will be interesting to see who the new owner the 20mil shares now...could be Mr. Wong or could be others.

yesterday have 140mil share q to sell from 0.09 to 0.11...but most of them is at 0.09 and 0.095...if today people start to holding the share for higher price to sell...than the volume is less and easy to push up

A new shareholder has emerged in ACE market-listed Ingenuity Consolidated Bhd (Ingenco) and he is said to take over as the company's new managing director. GD Express Carrier Bhd's (GDEx) chief operating officer Wong Eng Su bought a 9.22% stake from Ingenco's former managing director Chin Boon Long last Friday. Chin and his wife, Chan Swee Ying, are no longer substantial shareholders of Ingenco after they sold off their shares in a private vehicle, Firstwide Success Sdn Bhd, to Wong.

Remember some of them collect at 4.5sen....so at 9sen, it is 100% profit. Dont you want to sell and keep the money in the pocket? So supply keep on coming back.

todays volume is mainly collection from some big player/s but then you have someone disposing big too at 9cts which is a discount of 8cts to the purchase price of 17cts
