888 nobody know what is the lowest price. I just give an explanation to wai yoong because his buy price is too high 0.28 by saying it will go up to 0.30 and above because if it cant go up what for he still holds the shares just because he does not sell that means he does not make a loss? We must realize the fact early and if you buy at high price your mental emotion wont be good. 0.28 which is unacceptable . Goreng stock is all about timing, dont fall in love with stock. I think you are still not confident enough. Because if you are confident you wont ask 0.17 the lowest price. Of course 5 percent of your portfolio is not too high. Always set a loss limit. When you enter you need to know when you will leave as well. Good luck have fund with trading guys.

About 18 million of shares were transacted early beginning of may at the price of 19.5sen. Wai Yoong you shouldn't have sold off today if you credit term were to be until next month because the nta is 0.24 and many other positive announcement, such as the oversubscribe of right issues and etc. Please think twice before investing when the market is volatile.

dompeilee Got trapped in this stock when it was still called SKH in Mar '18 @ 10.38c(20.76c adjusted for consolidation). Last week busy attending meetings, then looked @ the mkt after the close on Thursday & noticed this VC surged 34% on heavy volume.

Happily sold @ 28 & 28.5c on Friday =)

This company is not a good fundamental company, although it runs 3 sectors which are construction, property and ICT but then the net profit of margin is below 1 percent so sad. This company is using diworseification strategy. A good company will only focus on its own segment unless it is good enough and have extra cash then only will consider to purchase or foray into another industry so this counter is definitely just for goreng.

This is a fundamental weak company which is not encourage for long-term stay, if you buy just to speculate for a rebound which not good for the risk/ reward as it may just consolidate at 0.15, slowly settle at 0.10.

You just need to think and read the past 30day's trade records, the total shares available is 368 millions, the highest volume done on 23 May was 101 millions and 84 millions on 24 May, which was 27% and 22% respectively, also the price had downtrended to 0.18 to let you believe it will rebounding soon, thus encourage you to sailang for sure win technical rebound! 27% indicated that the syndicate was highly in control of the game to push the price downward to create the impression that too many people are involving in it.

If the price has rebounded to 0.20 but the chances of it will trade downward soon or later will still be there with high possibility! If you further look at the chart for past 3 years. Then you will notice that it had moved up twice aggressively including the current uptrend, now on the way down. You just imagine yourself if the past trading records were repeat itself, then very high possibility that you will invite to stay in this bangelow for sometime.

Even though I lost heavily but I personally think that share trading is about timing, because the share price of a share is not determined by us but by the public as a whole, for example, look at genting (m) share how much it is being traded now ? I have totally lost hopes in share trading. Anyway good luck to those who have won and don’t put the blames on others when you lose because you should have done your own research before buying rather than relying on what others said u.

在股市里及媒体中，到处都可以看到或听到“庄家”这一词，可见庄家对炒股的重要性。俗话说；有庄的股票似个宝，无庄的股票似棵草。这也就理解为庄家呵护一只股票就象母亲看管自己的孩子一样，让它茁壮的成长，所以说只有跟庄走才能赚到钱。但是，据不完全统计跟庄走能够赚到钱的人只占13%。这个比例数也太低了，为什么？就是说跟庄不好跟，跟不住，庄家太狡猾了。正因为如此，所以才应该很好而认真的去剖析一下庄家，看庄家的组织结构，生活特征和习性，自身的弱点，以便今后我们在跟庄时，从视觉，听觉及操作上提高了分辨力，减少一些不必要的上当及犯下一些小儿科的错误。

1，庄家的组织结构

庄家是由一群人组成的团体，里面人员分工细致明确，有总管，调研人员，公关人员，资金调度人员及操盘手。具体分工如下：

[1]，总管：他负责选什么股坐庄，进庄时机，持仓数量，操作手法，出货方式，以及资金调度及人员的安排。总之他是把握大方向及各部门的协调管理。

[2]，调研人员：他们主要与上市公司沟通。必须了解公司的前100名最大筹码持仓量的情况，为日后操作提供第一手料。同时还要对公司的其它方方面面做详细的调查了解，然后分析，研究，归纳提出一些有价值的建议和意见，给总管提出防范风险的措施。同时，必须要和上市公司搞好关系，上市公司的经营情况，重大事项的变化，使庄家都能在第一时间里都知道，在坐庄过程中，如果能获得上时公司的支持，为今后发布消息，制造题材提供了方便。庄家和上市公司是结成一种特殊的利益的同盟。

[3]，公关人员：他们是庄家的外交人员。他们活动的场所有上市公司，咨询公司，电台，电视台，散户，大户，股评人士，传媒等。凡是股民们能够看到或听到的地方，他们是无处不到，无孔不入。到处发布消息或散布谣言，以此来贯彻和执行总管的意图。

[4]，资金调度人员：资金是坐庄中的血脉，如果资金链发生断裂，那后果不堪设想。坐庄一只股票少则几千万，多则数十亿。

坐庄资金可划为三部分：

第一部分是建仓资金，一般来说是庄家自有资金。占用的数量较大时间也较长，这也是测量庄家实力强弱的标志，建仓资金以持股为主。

第二部分资金是拉抬资金，它是庄家在推高股价的过程中所花费的资金。拉抬资金使用的时间是暂短的，有时几天，十几天。这种资金可以是庄家自己的，如果是拆借的当拉抬完成之后，庄家应还本付息地归还借贷对方。拉抬资金以持币为主。

第三部分资金是予备资金。这笔资金是在坐庄过程中防止万一而准备的。例如：大盘突变，大户抢货等。不到万不得已是绝对不敢动用的。这笔资金虽然不多，但没有它，在整个坐庄过程中好象缺了主心骨似的，从心里上和操作上都要受到影响。如果没有它，坐庄也是一种危险行为。所以庄家必须要想尽办法保持资金充足，要有专人与银行打交道，保持与金融界的关系。

[5]，操盘手：主要是按总管的指令进行现场买卖。如果操盘手水平高，技术老道，则使用的资金相对少些，他可以充分利用大势，热点，市场人气，技术分析等多种方法，能把股价拉上一个新的台阶。操盘手我把他比如是领导的司机，当没有领导的指令，他根本不知今天车要往哪开。有的操盘手头天晚上没有接到总管的指令，他根本不知道所操作的股票，明天该拉多高，打多深，所以有人误认为操盘手是庄家，这是不正确的。

2，庄家的生活习性和实力

作为散户首先先问问自己，你买股票的目的是什么？回答是为了赚钱，好，正好你买的股票的庄家回答他进驻这只股票的目的也是为了赚钱。庄家生活的习性就是想方设法每天去挣散户的钱。这样一来，只要是你挣钱庄家就得赔钱，当庄家要是赚钱，大批散户就得赔钱，最后是不存在双赢情况的产生。下面分析研究一下，这两家谁能赢？谁赢的机会多？这个问题早已是不成什么悬念的问题，庄家拥有资金，人才，信息，技术，场所，关系，渠道等多方面优势相对于散户而存在，并且庄家可以用各种不同的方法和手段，有计划，有目的，有组织地在某一个特定的环境中，控制股票股价的走势，形象地说他可以任意画走势的K线图。所以散户与庄家的竞争谁赢谁输还用说吗？显然，这是两个不同级别的比赛，夸张的一点说，就好象是业余拳击选手在和泰森打赢输比赛，不被打成肉泥就算不错了。

这里还有人把庄家和主力混为一谈，这是不对的，主力只能在某一短暂时段影响股价，但最終不可能控制股价的走势。但是，自99年以来，庄股明显减少，多为主力股。他们进出最快仅有两天。这可能是与我们中小散户投资水平不断提高，分析软件越来越先进，庄家的仓位如果太大的难以出逃有关。庄家进驻某只股票时，就把炒此股票的大，中，小散户视为敌人，所以庄家和散户之间是敌我矛盾，由此而来，你不要认为你的亲戚，朋友，同学在坐庄就去讨好和套近乎，直说直问还不好意思，请人家吃饭时想从与人家的言谈话语之间得到点信息，然后回家把老底都拿出来买了这只股票，最后赔个底朝天。这样的典型事例我见过或听过的有好多。赔了怨恨人家吗？可人家是什么也没说，只是你的猜测，说实在的人家相信和尊重你倆的关系，但不一定相信你的嘴。这是人家能够保证成功坐庄的准则。

庄家是神通广大，想做没有做不了的事

既然庄家与散户之间是敌我矛盾，而且散户与庄家的势力相差这么悬殊，那末散户为什么要象小儿跟娘一样的跟庄呢？这就是庄家俱有的特征和魅力所为，以及散户的懦弱和无知，最后造成庄家在股市里可以横行霸道，兴风作浪，为所欲为，散户是俯首贴耳，任人宰割的局面。

在这里我先指出庄家的性格特征是：胆大妄为，诡计多端，假善真凶。

庄家的胆大妄为表现是，他抓住证券市场上的法律，法规还不建全，或有法不依，无法可依，执法不严的情况下，为了赚钱竟敢干出制假，贩假，违纪，违规甚至于违法的事。所以，你不能以常情常理来对待和相信庄家的一言一行。郑百文为了上市，伪造购销合同，虚开发票，伪造银行资金单据。八一钢铁也是多次进行违规操作。还有银广夏的造假，奇怪的是竟然能够通过天勤会计事务所的审计，这是天大的笑话。银广夏出事后，很多股民向法院起诉，地方法院已经受理，但被最高人民法院通知停止受理，原因是目前我国对股民的民事赔偿还没有法律实施条款，最后只有不了了之，倒霉的是广大散民。另外我还见到一个报道，江苏一位女士告成都华联，三年没有结果。

同时，庄家还可以随意操纵股价，爱涨跌多少就涨跌多少，例如，97年养鸡专业户康达尔受禽流感影响损失惨重，股价狂跌不止，庄家深套其中，难以自拔。98年该庄家朱某与北京的一个当时小有名气庄家叫吕，双方经密谋一拍即合，签订一个“战略投资五年计划书“，内容是将康达尔从养鸡专业户重组成高科技公司。吕在前台找钱，做广告，搞公关。朱某在幕后收购控股公司。吕编织这前景迷人的公司，吸引众多的散户追随者。使朱某顺利收购上市公司国有股的46%，董事会中11个席位其占领了7个，对上市公司绝对控制。股价从17元涨到40元，后改名为中科创业。而中西药业，岁宝热电，莱钢股份都是其中的核心成员，中科创业大出风头，名为”中科系“，股价涨到84元。在他们的操纵下，被称之为“风险最小的股票，可以放心长期持有的大牛股”。实际上是除了一个项目投入100万元尚未收益外，其他项目都是空中楼阁。最后泡沫破灭，连跌9个板，跌去50亿元。你想，在80元左右被忽悠进去的散户，赔的有多惨！

以上的一些事例给我们的启示是什么？那就是庄家神通广大，能呼风唤雨，加之官员腐败堕落，使庄家什么事都敢做，什么事都能做成，能让鸡毛上天，狗屎变成黄金。也就是说股票本身的价值不在于他值多少钱，就像小品牛群要买赵本山的能下蛋的公鸡一样，关键是你想要它值多少钱，它就能值多少钱，这就是坐庄的理论。不值钱你可以炒起来呀！炒不行你可以送配，配送不行你可以重组，更有甚者当股价没有什么可炒，送配，重组时，只要有钱我就能把股价愣拉上去，有拉就有人跟，有跟就套你没商量，这就是坐庄的绝活。

1，庄家的欺骗狡猾性—庄家是狐狸，散户是乌鸦

庄家和散户都炒同一个股票，都想赚钱，那么庄家要想赚的钱只能从散户的口袋里掏，但是，广大散户又不肯拱手相让，怎么办呢？庄家只能搞点花招，使用点花言巧语来搞欺骗活动，信不信由你，就看你的防骗素质水平的高低了。首先庄家在股票K线图的底部做难看的图形，股价跌破中长期均线，发布利空消息不断，此时，除非住院的，出差出国的，看不懂K线图或长期不到股市的人不卖该股票，余下炒该股的人，稍有一点股票知识的，见到此情况很少有不卖的，极少数人处于无奈和麻木可能是硬扛着。

股价在高位庄家要出货时，庄家就把图形做的漂漂亮亮，修复完美的指标，发布大利好题材，引诱散户上钩，往往这些利好题材都是带有欺骗性的行为，甚至有些是违法违纪的行为。但是，现在的散户群体的经验和智慧也在不断的提高，庄家的一些小把戏却被大家识破，怎么办？他便会先利用一个真消息（有时不一定是真的），把股价拉一下给散户一点实惠，一般有经验的老股民是不听不信不跟，但是有可能一些新股民又听又信又跟。然后再利用一个假消息（也可能他自己编造的谎言），把股价向下打一下，但股价表现抗跌，就这样给散户误认为庄家持股坚定，有明显护盘行为。就这样利用真真假假，假假真真，真假难分的消息来麻痹散户，等到消息平静时，庄家就偷偷地出货，等你醒过神来，晚了，最后上了大当的还是无知的一些散户，所以乌鸦嘴里的那块肉，最后还是被狐狸给骗走了。如本博前期操作的st黑化等个股，一定要总结反思，为荷不能出现第二波行情，主力是如何利用涨停吸引投资者买入的。

2，庄家的相反多变性—扭曲正常人的心态及残酷折磨散户

庄家的一切市场行为，都在股价的k线图中暴露无遗，这是庄家的狐狸尾巴，想不暴露是毫无办法，这是庄家的一块心病，在众目睽睽光天化日之下，其各种手法很难骗取市场中的所有投资者。庄家施展正向招数发现不行时，就运用相反操作方法，股价要想上涨，就要股价先下跌，在底部进行极其恐慌性打压股价，对待极少数的股民处于无奈和麻木可能是硬扛着的人，庄家那他就使用一种损招，就是使用长时间的“慢刀子割肉法”折磨你，一个月不行，可以半年，一年不行，可以数年。经常有些大牛股在底部运作3到5年时间才爆发上涨行情。请看（000035）的中科健，从94年4月到98年2月在底部整运行47个月，一般股民谁能受得了这么长时间的折磨吗？给人都折磨麻木了，折磨傻了，如果该股再涨起来，这帮傻子都不知道怎么样卖股票了。

庄家对股价的可控性—散户是乌合之众

庄家最大的特征就是能够控制股价，他进庄之前就已经做好详细的运作计划，什么点位进货，什么点位出货，什么时间洗盘，洗盘的幅度有多大，只要操盘手按章办事就可以了。

因为我国没有做空机制。庄家只能在底部骗取散户的筹码，然后把股价推向高位，再在高位引诱散户上当，使散户愿意花高价买庄家手中的筹码，这是庄家赚钱的正路。庄家不可能像散户那样，自由穿梭高抛低吸的打游击，图小利，结果控制不了股价的运行规律，混乱无序，必输无疑。

庄家只有集中资金和筹码，借助天时，地利，人和等各种条件，控制股价，这只股票好，有升值空间，只有他家有，别人很少有，散户想买，只能从他手中买，庄家操纵了市场，说多少钱就多少钱，少了不卖，这样庄家才能从中获取最大利润。

上面谈的是庄家，下面谈谈他的对立面散户。散户致命的弱点就是一个“散”字。他们是乌合之众，心不齐，形成不了一股力量。庄家编造谎言拉升股价你不跟总有人跟，即便是儿科的谎言你不信，咳！总有那么一大批人信。社会上总有些人就爱听消息，特别信小道消息来炒股，这群人给庄家帮了大忙。还有一些人靠股评人士，咨询机构，报刊杂志，网上等推荐的股票来炒，其实，这些黑嘴是信口开河，煽风点火，胡说八道，制造谣言，欺骗股民，为庄家抬轿，从中获得好处费。

比如，，乱制造题材，业绩浪套了一批人刚过，说现在得炒科技浪了，科技浪还未退，说赶快得进重组浪，利用这些谎言，兴风作浪，引诱散户上当，而这些黑笔黑嘴大部分都是“庄托“。他们指挥股民们说往东走，股民们就往东走，说，不好啦！赶快得往西跑！股民们后面的年轻力壮的踏着前面的老幼病残孕的身上往西奔，这个群体永远是懦弱的，无知和无能。

庄家是鳄鱼，散户是小鱼小虾，弱肉强食。这是整个市游戏规则所致，股市是靠大量的散户
