No i dont think the ICPS is ffrom Dato Neoh. He bought ordinary shares, not ICPS, so the conversion is not from him. I wont be surprised if the ICPS conversion is by Eugene Goh who had sold off all his ordinary shares and led everyone to believe he no longer hold shares. I believe he did not dispose of his ICPS holdings which he could now have converted

Dato Neo owns about 17% of the company as of 3 days ago.. I believe he is the one on buying spree yesterday. Probably by today he already own 20% of VC.
