Not much Pa leave. Plus the previous convert. No more pa lo. Those remain in the market only. If dato can take all these. Then should be no problem

BOTH CHIN BOON LONG AND MDM CHAN are not directors of VC. THEY ARE also not the major shareholders. MDM CHAN owns 22% of ICPS. THIS IS FROM THE ANNUAL REPORT.

maybe one of the reason mdm is forced to convert at loss is due to short selling is no longer allowed for 6 months. so she has to use her own shares to try to block Dato...even at loss.
