Yet I still believe the second story that blocking Neoh (80M) as the top major shareholder. With recent ceasing of Eugene, Hwang and Lim and Mr Choo left 48.5M. Pump in 10M to subscribe the 100M conversion and weaken Neoh's holding power seem reasonable.

last friday, they shouted their intentions to short all way to 50 c, but actually set trap for IDSS players, push up instead ! ..looks like they got Big Holes in porfolio now,..trust these sharks gang at own perils...better wait for market to settle 1st, maybe yr-end, according to some oldtimers at the gallery...this is what i heard...

PA at $0.025 is too high. Need 3PA to covert to VC at total cost $0.075 compared to VC -WB at 0.035 Total no of future ICPS available for conversation is 47,006,388 as total no of share holdings is now 637,018,225 after latest conversion of 100,000,000 VC
