2 ways: cash or without cash
1) cash (1PA+0.10 or 2PA +0.05)
2) non cash (3 PA)

Huh? Since when VC become cash rich company aduii...

As of 31 Dec 2019, VC had RM48.98mil of cash and cash equivalents consists of cash and cash balances of RM13.95mil and short-terms investment of RM35mil. Of which RM30mil was utilised of proceed raised from right issues. VC's operating expenses and finance costs sum up of amount 7mil per quarter, VC cash can only lasts for 6-months period in this Covid-19 crisis.

I aware that many people did not even looks on their financial report, alot of info can be found in annual or quarter report, please study!

CharlesT- I'm not jeopardize VC la, I'm telling the facts. If I want jeopardize, why am I still sharing lots of info including Mdm pump in additional cash thru conversion of ICPS. You thought easy to compile this all information? I'm spending hour to done those. My concern is to raise awareness of sustainable business during covid-19 crisis to investors.

Not only VC, a lot of business out there that might not have available cash to run business if MCO keep extended. VC should be glad that still have back up like Mdm Chan.
