Dato Neoh and Madam Chan are Rich tycoons, very sure they found hidden Diamonds/Gold/Silver in VC, that's why both acquired a substantial stakes. I forecast price will move upwards to 20-30cents then only they release good news.

Just now took a look at MMAG Warrant. Last year CSY bought quite substantial quantity of MMAG Warrant. Since CSY now ED of VC will she also buy in substantially VC-WB to further secure her position?

I agree.Usually news shareholder come it will up.At least 75 percent of the times.The other will take longer 1-2 years.Involve in stockbroker then no impact by then.
