Formidable opponents if Dato is serious in taking over VC as vehicle for listing. CSY & partners control MMAG very tightly via holdings of MMAG, MMAG-PA & MMAG-WA

How can the group prevent the takeover by Dato? One way is to push the price higher to make it more expensive for Dato to buy. By blocking it at lower price actually makes it attractive for Dato to increase its holding take control of this cash rich company while making the group losing more grounds.

Either option, it is a windfall for other investors like us. Cheers.

with the ban on IDSS, the group can no longer sell 'angin'. They have to put real shares on sale. That is why they frantically converted the ICPS, even at loss, to prevent the take over by Dato.

Instead of selling ICPS at 0.5 sen, why don’t Goh Eugene use 3 iCPs * 0.5 sen (total cost 1.5sen), convert into 1 VC share?
