Not just history but study CSY holdings in MMAG, MMAG-PA & MMAG. CSY will not give up to Dato so easily. Otherwise would not have convert so many VC-PA & pay up so much money. Who is going to make a play for the 60N VC-WB & remaining VC/PA

Agree with Reap88. CSY and geng have to push up the price beyond reach of Dato, and they have to do it quickly before Dato start accumulating at cheaper price.

today VC sentiment is much stable in line with overall market. only 1.2m done at 8cts and 29.5m done at 8.5 cts.
40m Q to buy at 8 cts
18.8m balance to sell at 8.5
37 m Q to sell at 9
hoping to buy at 7.5 cts looks difficult
clearing all 8.5 and 9 cts with 56m also tough as buying activities slow down.
hope it close 8.5 for this week and look forward to next week movement

Although Mintetec NTA only $0.08 now $0.28 with capitalisation 258M whereas VC NTA $0.28 still stuck at $0.085 with capitalisation only at $63M with cash over $50M according to NST report of BOD tussle . CSY road block at $0.085 probably real

Based on kuaTaktahu update on more conversion to ordinary shares despite its lower price, is a good sign that company is building up cash for more acquisition. Coupled with price action in last 3 weeks even though share price has up from 2.5 to 8.5 which is about 300% higher , this is sign of accumulation rather than distribution .
I will keep the shares for medium term rather than short term gain.

True, it is not just dilution.. The company is flushed with cash at the moment.. a healthy sign during this difficult period. What is next? We have to wait for the announcement. There is still a lot of unknown. Who bought big volumes last week. Was it new shareholders buying? Who block the price? Was it Dato himself so that he can accumulate more, knowing that higher price benefits the old guards? Can Dato get control of the board, or does he has enough votes to kick the old guards out? What is company next plan? Buy stock broking firm or Trinity? Will Madam work with Dato? So many unknown here... hope it is going to be like Minetec, all happy to the top!

it does not seem to me the key shareholders are fighting for control as no further increase of equity % reported but generally if a share in play , you need players to buy and churn the volume . Timing is critical and controlled by them.
