esos granted to the employee will having certain vesting period which mean employee is only able to exercise after the vesting period... if the vesting period is 2 years, mean the employee only able to exercise after 2 years.. this esos purpose isually os to motovate their employee so that employee will work hard for the company and they only able to earn it id their company share raising above the exercise price

Until now no announcement, darurat perhaps.
