Sterling pay RM 3.5 million to Tandop and get guarantee RM 800k profit. but Sterling dont get share in Tandop. How profit go into Sterling? no shares held also, profit not equal cash. Don't know if Sterling run the hotel entitle to take home the cash. Apa macam ?? Sifu can help me understand how can translate into Sterling performance.

eyesonyou, only they make the money. sterling will own the budget hotel, and the vendor of the hotel will give profit guarantee over 5 years, look good, but cheating. pay now RM3.5mil in present value, vendor pay back to sterling RM800k over 5 years

all victor chin idea, please look back history. how he manipulating all company he own? inject PE of 5, so low, Bursa will think wah good. infact those company are rubbish maybe all profit are created, PE 5 is consider high, maybe zero profit. then issue share, he sell all share into market and turn cash. now he dispose all rubbish company to his nominees, before he sell of shell of listed.so bursa or any authority wont go after him

Elitestar, I read the latest circular. Only mentioned the rights to manage and develop hotel etc, not clear if they entitled to cash from the hotel. For current 4 hotel in Tandop, will get paid management fee only as Tandop will incur day to day operating cost. Haven't announce any plan to build hotel how to get the RM800k annual. I'm scratching head why pay so much now.
