（吉隆坡17日讯）大马5月就业率成长2.8%，创下历来最大涨幅，失业率则继续处于3.3%低点，经济学家预期全球经济稳健成长和商品价格逐步复苏，将可扶持大马就业市场，保持预测2018年失业率为3.3%水平。

全年失业率维持3.3%

同时，经济学家也关注非技术基层工人的职位空缺创下历来最高水平，显示低增值的工作依然主导就业市场，这将可能吸引更多低技能外劳涌入和令工资增长放缓。

MIDF研究表示，大马5月就业人数成长2.8%至1490万人，创下历来最高升幅，同样的，劳动力也增长2.6%至1540万人。5月新增工作共4万9500个，失业率3.3%，保持为全面就业状态。

该行指出，2018年至今的劳动力和就业率增长2.3%和2.4%，都创下历来最高涨幅。相比2017年劳动力和就业率分别成长1.8%和1.9%。

由于国内和外围经济活动都处上升势头，自2017年2月起的15个月以来，大马劳动力和就业率成长都超越失业率。

工业活动支撑就业市场

MIDF观察到，强劲的国内工业活动保持为支撑大马就业市场走强的主要因素。

2018年5月出口成长3.4%，工业生产扬升3%，制造业销售成长企稳于5%。

“展望未来，我们预期对外贸易保持升势，工业生产表现更佳。”

MIDF认为，工业活动保持动力，将令新工作机会增加、工资稳定增长，以及为大马内需间接提供新增扶持力量。

2018年4月的职位空缺共8万9800个，首4月平均为9万8400个，保持低于比去年平均的12万3000个。

低增值工作主导就业市场

4月职位空缺最多的领域是制造领域，共3万6400个，接下来为服务和农业，分别为1万8900个和2万1600个。职位空缺的增幅和大马外贸及工业表现相近。

展望后市，随着大马经济温和成长，预料每月职位空缺将介于9万至10个个之间。

低增值的工作依然主导就业市场。

非技术基层工人的职缺在2018年创下历来最高水平。在4月每100个职缺中，其中高达80个为非技术工作职位，接下来10个为作业和装配工作，以及另10个为高技能和中等技能工作。4月非技术工人和工厂作业员职缺分别达到7万零700个和9300个。这和制造及服务业职缺增加的趋势一致。

至于专业人士职缺减少至1800个，技术和助理专业人士职缺则为800个。

“低增值职位空缺增加的负面后果包括失业率逐步升高、低技能外劳涌入、工资增长放缓和国内消费疲软。”

由于5月大马外贸和工业成长放缓，MIDF预期制造领域就业率将下跌至1.7%的15个月新低水平。就业成长放缓是和电子领域下滑的趋势一致。自2017年9月起，电子领域就业成长便连续9个月低于1%。

4月主要领域工资双位数成长

另一方面，4月几乎所有主要领域的工资都录得双位数成长，MIDF预期此上升趋势将为短期国内消费带来正面贡献。

MIDF预期大马2018年失业率平均为3.3%，由于商业信心保持乐观，国内经济活动将保持升势。同时，先进和新兴经济体的全球经济指标仍呈正面，显示全球需求仍高企。然而贸易战的忧虑仍挥之不去。该行预期大马就业市场继续从全球经济蓬勃发展和商品价格逐步复苏中受惠。

至于全球失业率则保持下跌趋势，其中美国5月失业率进一步下滑至3.8%，为2000年5月以来最低水平。

马银行研究也同样保持预测今年失业率为3.3%（2017年为3.4%）。

马银行指出，5月就业人数增长2.8%，继续超越就业人口的2.6%增幅，令未就业人数减少0.5%，推动失业率连续第四个月保持在3.3%水平。

制造业的就业成长放缓至1.7%（4月为增长2.1%），主要因该领域生产和销售工作减少。制造业的薪金和工资连续第五个月保持双位增长10%（4月为增长10.2%），但增速已连续第三个月减缓。

金融职缺增6.4%降裁员冲击

金融服务领域的就业人士增长0.05%至16万5718人（4月为增长0.2%），同时该领域在5月新增620个工作职位，职缺则增加6.4%至6449个，这协助减少该领域受自愿离职影响的员工人数，从4月的2266人减至2043人。

@yuanlong57, it depends on what strategy you are employing, to me, Bank Stock here is still better than a lot of other stocks if you are able to see when to enter and exit. Recently, Swing trade is making $ (not all bank stocks of course)

use dividend discount model , and set to 0 growth (very conservative), maybank stock price is rm15, plenty of room to grow.

about 8.9, cos 8-9 yrs ago oso poor like hell, only managed to buy abit only. Still recalled las time it was 1 split into 2 but that time just started invest dono anything just anyhow buy. N lucky bcos dono, never sell n just leave it there until 2016 Nov begin to invest. Can say the Div is good.

Today most bank counter drop. All my 3 banking counter also drop. Perhaps today market will be much better. Let's mhope for the best, keep your fingers crossed.
