Already announce loudly in news LKH wanna list IWH.. not inject into iwcity. Why people still wanna dream of them to bring up iwcity price.
IWH surely already have good revenue n profit and good enough for listing.. if not cannot list..
And since now iwh is ready for list, means it will list on it's own. Wont benefit iwcity in anyway..
Only way, maybe they make iwcity or ekovest subcon..

Will dilute number of share iwcity issued, but is this really happen with rto and issue new share the share price won’t be this low. Because iwh will be injected. Based on my opinion, if botak really want to list iwh by 2020 high chances he will use iwc and he had tried so many times to consolidated iwc. This is the chance.

if botak want to raise fresh cash (not from his own pocket )for BM, then listing Iwh is almost a done deal. Botak can be holding incredible alot of Iwcity and Eko shares in the "black market" and to
dispose "them' in large amount will depress share price like crazy.....most IB already sense what is
coming( already unloading daily )

He needs to pay the balance by 2023. Meanwhile he may sell the land to other developers piece by piece. See the reclaimed land in Johor also same story, reclaim from the sea and sell to others. I am investing in Malton with hope they may be interested to develop a mall at the HSR station. Many tourist from Singapore and other countries could be hopping on the train and choo choo their way to Bandar Malaysia. Very good potential. Hope to see Desmond and QIA (Qatar Investment Authority) invest and build a Pavillion Mall. Hoping !!!! My dark horse is Malton Bhd.

This is operator game to 80c+. from 1.10 throw until now, will keep throwing until 80c+ region. If you're stuck here, just follow operator play. 80+c can slowly enter. Then it will goreng on Friday usually, quickly sell off then. Rinse and repeat few rounds, can make some money. Uncle now gonna try 4th round same game ;)
