Proton City boom will benefit Talam as Talam Landbanks are located in Bkt Beruntung and Bkt Sentosa. And lands are under industrial, commercial and residential.

Another thing is Drb who owns Proton City is also in Top 30 shareholders of Talam through Pos. Will there be synergy between Drb and Talam in future?

For 0.035 - 0.04 , down side risk is very much limited , and there is a good indicator , very thin volume , this indicates that major shareholders and sharks are not selling in view of the company is going to bankrupt same as HUAAN case . The question is when Will it starts to move up ??

This one takes time lar, everybody. If you do buy have to HOLD, ,but don't know for how long!? This is the question! It's not immediate for sure. If it seems cheap, yar can buy and hold..Do you want to do this? This is the question for you to decide. I know there are persons promoting this counter... Hopefully we don't have to wait long, but who knows what is in the hearts of those promoters at this moment !? Good or bad is left for every one to judge by their past records.
