Simply announce want to buy some company, then transfer out all the cash from company.

I think the market didn't read the recent announcement properly.

Acquisition comes with a profit guarantee of USD3m. Also the Co to be acquired has USD100m in delivery orders and RMB1.6b in purchase orders, subject to confirmation from due diligence.

Co to be acquired is in tech and IoT. Manufactures ultracapacitors, used in the Electric Vehicles industry. Go read the announcement and google ultracapacitor technology.

Been quietly undertaking corp exercises to transform the Co. Of course we don't know if it'll work but at least mgmt has realized the coking coal biz is dead and trying to bring new biz in.

Also the Negeri Sembilan royalty has not sold any shares. Still holds close to 28% in the Co.

All public info. Just have to do some research.

I think this Co is a worth a second look.

Shanghai index up >4%
Hang Seng up >3%

A strong China market and economy is good for Huaan.

Co to be acquired is HK-based with subsidiaries in China.

Mgmt has said it was moving to tech. All previous announcements have been tech-related. I think Huaan could turn out to be a gem.

Study all the tech-related announcements over the past 12 months.
