The Iskandar Development Region... is as good as gone. There will definitely be an impact on the national economy,” Kluang MP Liew Chin Tong said recently. The Economist agreed the toll hikes would affect Johor's burgeoning Iskandar region, noting that early optimism in the returns from the economic zone is already fading amid the looming housing glut. “Malaysia has poured money and effort into Iskandar,” the weekly said. - See more at: http://www.themalaymailonline.com/malaysia/article/causeway-toll-tit-for-tat-will-hurt-malaysia-more-than-singapore-the-econom#sthash.IYeWM1aJ.dpuf

OKOK, but Calvin, can u explain why BJCORP earning is so weak, which businesses that caused huge loss? Logically, if control lot of profitable companies like BJTOTO, BJFOOD, BJ AUTO and etc, the annual earning will be good? Thanks
I think China Great Mall has been sucking cash. So BJ Corp is disposing it to HK Buyers. In any case the unrealized profits from BJ Auto already exceeds RM1 Billions. Market is totally ignorant of this.
Last time The Doctor Top Boss of Pintaras Jaya bought at RM1.90. We followed him to buy PTaras at only RM1.40. Was the Doctor wrong to buy at RM1.90 then?
See, Pintaras Jaya later Powered Up & Touched RM7.00 before split. Up 500%!
So Lee bought 46 cents and temporary drop is Ok lah. If Mulpha should one day shoot past RM3.00.
A look on the prc movement : Mulpha has been trending upwards albeit not at a steep gradient since Sept 2011 with a low of 0.34 , 2 retracements were seen during the slow climb but higher lows were recordrd each time @ 0.365 (Mac 2013)and 0.395(Oct 2013), indicating that risk on the low side is very low now.
On a more positive note, higher hi's were also seen during the period under observation with the first one being @0.5 (Feb 2012), followed by 0.495 (May 2013), and then 0.55 (Aug 2014). Assuming no breakout from the current trend channel, one may expect to see a hi approaching 0.6 in the next upward climb.
The planned road works may be is the catalyst for breakout. One fine day btw now and scheduled completion may see this happens. Then 40+ cents will be a no look back .
