but one thing I do not understand is regarding MGO. calvintan, I've seen the yap family keep acquiring shares when they already have 49%. It is compulsory to trigger MGO when they have achieved 50%?

MGO can only be triggered when one owns 90% of a stock.

I think for now Duta Yap is happily and very quietly buying in big chunks from the market by proxies.

Calvin and Johor buddies are happy to buy while so overlooked and so cheap.
