Not only savvy Lim increased his controlling stakes , I also increased mine last friday after the seeing greatwall 70 sen resistance broke convincingly . Next I am waiting for another greatwall resistance at 80 sen to penetrate through .I believe it will.

The reason why Dutaland's plantations should now be hot cakes is due to these 2 factors:

1. If Kwantas can sell its Plantation lands Dutaland 's sure can.
Why?

Answer:

Kwantas' lands are in Kinabatangan which is far south of Sandakan whereas Dutaland's located in Labuk and Sugut. Both are just West of Sandakan.

So Dutaland's plantations have a superior lovation due to its proximity to Sandakan. The upgrade of Sandakan airport and the route of Pan Borneo highway will lift up these lands value. And these lands are also 200 km away from Labuan Island where a connecting Bridge is planned.

2. Dutalands are cheaper than Kwantas lands. So now if Kwantas can sell why not Dutaland?

If BPlant fail purchase it surely many will be interested to buy it.

SO BY WAY OF COMPARING VALUE THE SALE OF DUTALAND'S PLANTATIONS ARE NOW A BARGAIN FOR BPLANT.

Hmmm?

Maybe I should also buy more BPlant shares?

Dutaland's plantations in Lubok and Sugut are located near River Sugut which has a more superior location compared to Kinabatagan of Kwantas. And this is a "PLUS" factor why it should sell as Sandankan airport is nearer. And also nearer to the Pan Borneo highway now under construction

Dutaland easily hit RM1 the moment sales of land happen..
RM1 - RM0.725 = 35% gain

If land sale did not happen..
It Should fall to RM0.50 cent.
RM0.725 - RM0.50 = 31% Loss

The chance of land sales succeed is definitely more than 50%,maybe 80 - 90% since already at S&P stage.
Why not take this opportunity and bet on it.
