Can CGP take up the 323 million placement shares? indirectly CGP will own 6% of Siltera. If CGP buy another 5% 0f DNeX's shares, CGP will own directly 40% and 11% through DNeX. Is it possible to settle the dispute. Let CGP take control of Siltera and make necessary arrangement to improve the operation. On the other hand, it can satisfy the condition by Khazanah or MIDA.

The share holding issue between Dnex and CGP for Silterra needs to be resolved before the share price can move upwards significantly. There was a massive sell down when this was first announced. If my memory serves me rights I believe Dnex had said they expect the outcome of arbitration know first quarter 2024. Hope it is settled amicably. Than we will see some upward movement.
