Met up with my Singaporean friends during the Lunar New year. They mentioned their CPF account allowed to invest up to 35% in shares & 10% in related gold products in their OA accounts. Out of the blue they mentioned YTL shares. YTL developed the iconic prestigious 3 Orchard by the park in Singapore. Off hand they mentioned SGD1.00 target price for YTL and SGD1.5 for YTLP. Wow coming soon

For a diversified conglomerate with businesses ranging from construction, property, hotel, utilities, digital bank and data centre, YTL should be trading at PER of about 20x (to be on par with Sunway) or RM4.00.
