1.30 per share is a slight 4 sen premium over the recent observed NAV of about 1.26. Would be interesting to see what the new owner has along his investment pipeline to bring Yilai to a next level.

With Increasing Sales YILAI SHOULD PERFORM VERY WELL GOING FORWARD.

my concern is whether the new shareholder will support high dividend payout as yilai has done. some of the companies earn a lot but just retain cash in company rather than declare as dividend.
