Next dividend is after 23 Q2. Precovid, hektar earned about 10 million per quater. At current share price, investors should be happy with 6 or 7 million nett earning per quater. Once the market is normalized, hektar will earn more like before.

Traders might let go. But don't mind, long-term investments are almost always profitable when investors try and time their holdings, especially investment in REITs
