Still sleeping? You r being herded into a trap at peak prices. Left n right, up n down they r clearing their shares on hand. Same people on both sides of the buy n sell bids.

Once they hv cleared their shares, it will free fall, as soon as tommorow.

Uem to build that solar plant will cost around at least 5billion, assuming land cost around 1-2 billion to purchase from Uems. Can expect bumper divider from Uems. If they lease that land even better, get recurring income. Uems financial will rocket

SOLD half the UEMS I bought for 39c in 2021 @ 54 & 54.5c today! 🤗

Managed to SELL another 2 lots later in the morning @ 55c & then dumped the balance throughout the late afternoon after the P&D was confirmed. Why I sold:

1. Already nearly 3X the low last Nov.
2. Results still poor & co. still indebted
3. 5 BILLION + shrs is usually slow to rise but fast to PLUNGE!
4. Malayu co.
5. Tabung rugi still got hundreds of millions of shrs left.

KL-SG HSR RFI Briefing Attracts Over 700 Local and International Participants

Kuala Lumpur, 27 July 2023: The Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (KL-SG HSR)
Request For Information (RFI) briefing received an overwhelming response from over 700
representatives from local and international companies, as well as foreign missions, today.
Hosted by MyHSR Corporation Sdn Bhd (MyHSR Corp) at the auditorium of the Ministry of
Finance in Putrajaya, the briefing provided an overview of the RFI process, including the
timeline for local and international firms as well as consortia to submit concept proposals for
the KL-SG HSR project based on a public-private partnership model.

The concept proposal stage will start from the distribution of the RFI Documents from 11
August up to the closing date of 15 November for the submission.

During the briefing, MyHSR Corp shared that the project structure would be based on the
Design-Finance-Build-Operate-Transfer (DFBOT) model, and participating firms and
consortia must demonstrate the ability to develop this project with a proven track record,
technical expertise, resources, and project management capabilities in order to complete this
major infrastructure development within the budgeted cost, quality, and time.

land acquisition for infrastructure will always below the market price, don't really think it will benefit UEMS that much, somehow the recent government economic announcement doesn't help to boost economic at all, I wonder how much the developer has to suffer to finance and build the HSR lol. Eventually, it will become white elephant project...

Always the case, buy on rumours, sell on facts. There is no reason for stk price to go up non-stop. There are consolidation for sure.
Execute investment decision with care.
Not too excited over the positive sentiment and TP price, quite scary if there is a TP set and make ppl feel that must wait and wait for the TP to realize. Hihihi.

This panic dump by bankers has triggered massive sale from retailers. What better way to collect back tickets on the cheap. There could be another dump today or next week, but when the smoke is clear, it should be back on the upward trajectory.

RHB research maintained overweight call on the Iskandar property market, with buy ratings on UEM Sunrise at a target price (TP) of 70 sen, IOI Properties at a TP of RM1.46 and Matrix Concepts at a TP of RM1.75, as cross-border traffic is expected to increase due to the completion of Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) in 2026 and the KL-Singapore high speed rail (HSR) in 2033.
