Still remember the time everyone was so pessimistic with this counter when it hit 1.2++. That was the best time to accumulate. More than 20 percent return in 1 year :)

Haiz… Just sold off after X-dividend, read somewhere the retail environment is not going to be good after GST implementation. So will be less people going to shopping complex. Mana tahu going up so much, also IGB and UOA, except CMMT, why?

Sold all my position at 1.59 this morning and waiting for the next retracement after the recent spike up! It is quite rare to see a 5% rise in REIT! Be fearful when people are greedy! Waiting 1.5 to go in again
