Im surprised the administration side are well controlled. Admin expenses compared to QoQ 2017 (46mil) reduced to QoQ ( 14mil)

Profit before tax increase from 5mil to 6 mil ( YoY 12mil to 19mil). Checked.

Nett asset pershare stood at 67 cents ( market 0.19)

Prospect:-
1. civil work for Rapid Steam Cracker Complex and Main Control building and
laboratory building,

2. package of Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak, and

3.Malaysian Embassy in Moscow,Russia approximately RM1 billion, which is expected to provide a steady stream of revenue for the Group over the next two to three years.

4.Bina Puri Builder Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina
Puri Holdings Bhd. has accepted the letter of award from Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn. Bhd. on 15 January 2019 where an unincorporated joint venture, Bina Puri – Tim Sekata JV will undertake and

5. complete the sub-contract works for the project known as “Electrified Double Track from Gemas to Johor Bahru (Project)” for sub-contract sum ofRM251,531,225.50. The sub-contract works are expected to be completed by 30 April 2020

6.The Lakehill development project in Johor was launched for sales in 2nd quarter 2018 and we plan to have more launches in 2019.

SUMMARY:-
Based on the current sales achieved to date for the property development division, the unbilled sales would amount to about RM140 million. The Group would continue with other developments projects in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Pahang and East Malaysia with an estimated projected gross development value of 2.7BILLION!!!
