meeting said selangor goverment plan to offer lower price to take over, and federal goverment has agreed it as well to force puncak to sell with cheaper.

What I bet the offer price should be remain. Cos new selangor MB agree the offer price . This time must done the deal . Splash offer price will come out ard august - sept .

We are sitting on thin Ice. I think Gamuda is the real problem Not puncak. Many GLC owned
Gamuda shares. I think they are putting alot of pressure on Fed too.

I think Fed is giving what Azmin wants ( what I said before). Deal soon. But Puncak can reject
NEW offer---another big problem. Then Gamuda will not accept lower price. Are we going

i think the fed will not allow the debt/bond in the water conssesionaire to blow-up like 1MDB debt. Enough publicity from 1MDB . Closure is near. If not how to settle all the bond.

I believe agreement sign last year with Khalid is due to water rationing problem, otherwise Khalid also won't sign it.

Give All Langat 2 project to Puncak (turn into Construction Co). Divert 2 billions to Splash--
settled Gamuda's problem. But Puncak got money problem to complete All Langat 2 projects
so raise cash from shareholders ( shareholders reject--back to square One )

Puncak can't get the full langat 2 project . It maybe can get some set up work . The main project will go to gamuda . Will buy gamuda after this puncak price gain .

Another 60 days needed to find solution for outstanding issue and hope to iron out their dispute in order to complete deal. But, such long period of time also pose many uncertainty judging from previos 5x delay. PUNCAK also need to grant extension 2 month for Air Selangor. More importantly, by after 60 days, it is alrdy very close to even more complicated splash deal, as according to HOA, splash is only offer 250m and solution for splash dateline is by Sept.

Last time every extension is One month--very troublesome. Now, 2 months every extension so
that can "ponteng" for Golf practise. Lower price offer is spreading like wildfire but No denial
by those concerned (more info will be out soon)

The problem is there is still unresolve oustanding issue, why can't both Azmin and Ongkili straightly resolve it in the face to face meeting.... instead need to take another 60 days to find solution in order to 'complete' the deal !? Both are highest rank in charge alrdy, still want to avoid solution, keep on delaying again.

It will be intersting to see whether Rozali still want to grant extension again, not 1 month but is 2 month now. Whether Rozali still keen to ask for higher than offer agreed price in order to compensate Puncak loss business opptunity + compensate PNSB earning for last 2 year. Bear in mind, Puncak is currently doing 'free job' for state gov as any earning from water is not recognied profit for Puncak, as the offer price 1.55 bilion only accout for Puncak water earning up to 2012 only.....as quoted by Rozali in press release on bursa announcement last week.

When Umno member received a deal from PM--it means he is blessed. When it is time to let
go, he don't ask question. Violate this process, he will be cursed for life. Rozali is no exception.
Hng33 is correct -time is very tight indeed. That why there is talk on ground that Langat 2
projects will be used as swap. But nobody knows what Najib plan is bcos all projects are
based on negotiated terms. Maybe najib already agreed to give the projects to somebody so
it is difficult to back out ( surely everybody understand what i meant )

Both Fed and state must give lesson through water rationing happened last year otherwise they keep delay(if bank they charge interest) it.
