I think the impact is neutral to slight negative impact. These is because Puncak already excluded in previous shariah list last Dec 2014 (cause sell off from RM 3.40, slumping to below RM2.90). Therefore, the impact already fully reflected at current level.

Nonetheless, if someone is buying in hope for Puncak re-enter in the shariah latest list, it may disappointment for them. Shariah compliance is actually guideline for Islamic fund especially LTH. Bear in mind, since last year Puncak received great move, jumping RM 2 to above RM 3 level. The marked aside due to hope for water restructuring, the other important factor contributing is LTH aggreesive accumulating Puncak, turning it become Puncak second largest shareholder, control 9.1% stake.

Thus, if Puncak can re-enter into shariah list, it is believe LTH can resume accumulate more Puncak share in view of its current weakness price that far below their purchase price last year.

However, for Puncak, successful to conclude water deal remain the most important thing to spur share price.

Not yet, still waiting 3 June (As Puncak and water restructuring is highly political link, therefore must observe PAS election polling result carefully, ulama vs progressive....pakatan fate in Selangor......); 11 June, (deadline by Puncak), follow by 16 June (by Azmin) and last 21 July (Ongkili)

If Puncak price fall below 2.60, I will add 150K more (got to email slips to Roger123 for verification). But my Ah Loong- lender said he has check with Temple first. This extra step add

Temporary used up capital reserve for Puncak, swap to buy maximum UOAdev at 2.20, due to declare its dividend 13sen very soon. Will keep eye open on Puncak next deadline, hopefully by then can reap profit from UOAdev first and swap back to Puncak if deal is seal
