BATANG BERJUNTAI, 14 JUN: Kerajaan Selangor dan Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air (KeTTHA) dijangka mengeluarkan kenyataan bersama minggu hadapan bagi mengumumkan secara rasmi perjanjian penstrukturan air Selangor.

Dato' Menteri Besar, Mohamed Azmin Ali memaklumkan, pertemuan beliau dengan Menteri KeTTHA, Datuk Ser Dr Maximus Ongkili, berlangsung baik, pada 11 Jun lalu.

"Ia pertemuan yang produktif dan masanya untuk terus melangkah ke hadapan," katanya ketika ditemui di Universiti Selangor (UNISEL).

Sebelum ini, kedua-dua pihak berusaha menyelesaikan urusan penstrukturan semula industri air Selangor dengan menghidupkan kembali perjanjian utama dalam tempoh 60 hari.

Mohamed Azmin berkata, beliau berharap perkara itu dapat ditamatkan sebelum Ramadan.

Good to have you coming fully onboard again hng33. I truly believe a lot of the fluctuations are due to abundant cheap money in the system creating more sharks. Thanks again for your analysis, need to stay focus on data rather distraction noise which usually play to sharks' advantage.

So far, already bought back about 71.6% of my previous stake at average cost RM 2.627, will buyback more to at least full stake or even exceed it in next few day on weakness.

at least it is not just puncak, which means it is not due to the deal or no deal issue...it is overall market sell down...

Yes, i sold most of the other stock already (except YTLP-WB and IWCITY), concentrate back on Puncak. Sold out Favco at small profit, sold out UEMS at transaction cost loss, sold out Parkson at contra gain, sold out crestbld at loss, sold out ksl at loss, sold out Glomac at loss. free up capital, swap back to buy at 2.58-2.67 today. So far, already bought back about 71.6% of my previous stake at average cost RM 2.627, will buyback more to at least full stake or even exceed it in next few day on weakness.

Puncak have agree to grant 6th extension until 13 july to complete disposal. If both Azmin and Ongkili can sign agreement on assest transfer and leaseback by either these week or next, then,fed gov will grant state RM 2 bil allow it take over puncak for 1.55b before 13 july.

Buy puncak cg. The exercise price is 2.70. Conversion rate 3:1. Guess how much it is now? 0.11! Can easily hit 0.30 when the deal is completed.

3 If everything go on as expected, both state and fed will sign water asset transfer and leaseback agreement by these or next week. These is last and the most important condition precedent in the puncak SPA. Once fulfil these last condition, puncak will declare that the SPA become unconditional, and its now legally binded and sealed, while awaiting the final step for state to payout 1.55 bil to puncak, to complete the whole disposal
