Depend on whether you want to entitle dividend or not and also depend on time gap between date declare and date ex-date. Normally, if like to convert warrant, it take about 2-3 week before new share able to list, therefore, if the gap is more than a month, it will safe for your to convert within a week after Puncak declare dividend. .

Annchua please take note of the differences between company warrant and call warrant. Hng33 was referring to company warrant. Puncak cg is call warrant. Can't convert till maturity.

DAP now is pressure on PKR to alliance with it, kick out PAS in Pakatan. But, PAS individual member are free to join Pakatan as independent member, in their capacity as state legislative member, non-represent PAS and can remain in state Pakatan gov.

Then, it will put pressure on PAS to incur discipline action on its member to quite Pakatan, which if it did will blame by its own member. The end result will be DAP+ PKR form pakatan is differentiating PAS legislative member from their party if they wan to be continue part of Pakatan in Selangor ...All these PAS legislative member in Selangor are all well aware their vote is from rekyat on believe on Pakatan, NOT PAS.

DAP known very well that despite intent to kick out PAS, Selangor will likley continue stabilize and rule under new Pakatan. This is becuase, despite Hadi want to form new gov with UMMO, support Najib, but internally, many is opposing these idea. Therefore, risk of snap election in State is minimum. Even without PAS, as long as there is at least 2 PAS legislative member from PAS member support new Pakatan, it will continue rule state gov.(the 2 member is likely the same person that support Wan Azizah in previous MB saga)

KUALA LUMPUR (June 16): Government-owned Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) is confident it would conclude negotiations with Selangor policy makers on the state’s water industry restructuring by the end of this month.

PAAB chief executive officer Datuk Faizal Abdul Rahman said at a press conference here today that he believed the negotiation process would be concluded before Hari Raya Aidilfitri this July. The press conference was in conjunction with the memorandum of understanding signing ceremony between PAAB and PMB Tijari Bhd.

“I don’t really know, it’s still a long negotiation process. Selangor Menteri Besar (Azmin Ali) said he wants to settle the negotiations before Ramadan, but seeing that it is only two days away, I’m not quite sure we can reach that deadline.

“But I am confident we will settle our negotiations with the Selangor state by the end of this month, before Hari Raya,” said Faizal.

Last Thursday (June 11), it was reported that Azmin met Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili to resolve the state’s on-going water woes.

The water restructuring had faced obstacles due to disagreements between the Federal and Selangor governments.

Good, Rozali standing up very firmly now, no more extension, must complete before deadline, or otherwise face legal action, which is prolong will definitely affecting Langat 2 which in urgent to come on stream in next few year. In addition, in the meantime, fed also can invoke wadis to take over control.......in the end, state will be sole big loser.

However, Rozali also highlight that the deal is almost reach agreement alrdy, only minor thing and expect to be resolve in these or next week time. ....now assurance alrdy given by all parties, Azmin, state gov, PAAB, fed gov, and vendor, Puncak, Rozali that deal will be complete in these or next week time.

In additional. After disposal, Rozali is negtiogating to expand oil and gas in view of current depress assets, present good bargain opportunity already. About to venture Palm oil, Rozali have took good advice that palm land still remain at high size, will wait only later until it reach good bargain price, worth of investing.

Legal course is last action, but it is also lose lose situation, no one want to wait for court judgement which may take a decade if suit and counter suit, appeal, set aside rule etc. Wasia is possible if state unwilling to corporate. In any form, state is biggest loser anyway, cannot consolidate water and face mountain high outstanding water bill debt.

However, Azmin seem now more willing to facilitate the deal and like to complete it as soon as possible judging from he willingness to have Meeting to Ongkili even at night to resolve issue. Now, state is willing to grant assess to pipe network on condition and willing to replace both bukit nenes and semenyih water treatment with other assets, therefore, major dispute alrdy resolve, now awaiting to sign water assest transfer and leaseback agreement to fulfill the last condition precedent. Let's hope all will be resolve in these or next week, the end of these month
