Exactly after so many extension, risk is getting much lesser, dispute thing is now become clearer, mutual understanding already reached and 3 outstanding issue already resolve

1. State is to replace 2 dispute water treatment plant, Bukit Nenas and Semenyih with another 3 new water assets.

2. Fed compromise by no insist to force State to transfer land ownership that lay water pipe, in return, State grant assess permit to Fed whenever there is need to replace old pipe. The term and condition is now fine turning under supplementary agreement to be sign soon.

3. After water restructuring complete, State will grant Fed all necessary development permit to proceed Langat 2.

With that, there is no any reason blocking water restructuring, and it should be conclude soon. After so many rounds of fake windfall coming, trapping investor far too long, cause loss of trading opptunity, but these prolong issue have reach very tail end.....will windfall really coming these round !!??....deserve to wait and see.

Have you took your profit on Tenaga alredy ? Tenaga issue huge debt RM 10 bil and source said its not only for funding to build 3A but more imprtant to buy 1MDB Jimah power plant.....if high premium is pay and news confrim, it is bailout....gov will likely increase power traffic to compensate tenaga later and all Rakyat will share burden also in the end as power end user..
