look at Puncak chart, since Jan this year, Puncak has been range-bound 2.50-2.80. Everytime it touch 2.80 it will drop back to 2.50-2.60.

redbean: KPS is not part of the deal yet, it will be the next as Azmin still need to iron out valuation for Splash, which have vast gap between offer price RM 280m vs asking price RM 2.80 billion. Nevertheless, KPS share will always 'tumpang' and track Puncak share performance, which tend to lump them as water theme stocks.

Speakup: Correct, the chart did show that RM 2.90 seem to be immediate resistance level, but if the deal indeed seal tomorrow and special dividend payout later, Puncak will be successful breakup these level, heading toward and above RM 3.00 level.

Current price cannot be sustained if Insider(s) SELL. Only 2mil shares done. Let see after 2:30
if price coming down or Not. I think today price will be 2.85-2.90 range bound.
My worry is only EPF. If in market --afternoon will hit another 2-3 mil shares done.
The good thing is EPF got only 20-15mil shares left. Don't believe they will unload everything
today.

splash has the largest water treatment plant in selangor . Probably this new supplementary agreement covers this "White elephant".
It won;t be meaningful if the water restructuring covers only puncak. The bond issue still not settle without splash. Probably the additional agreement covers splash together.
