If confirmed signing tonight---Tomolo RM1/dividen also confirmed. Even i don't want it--
many small funds still need the value bcoz FD is only 4%. Fund manager bonus also
depends on this (yr by yr). If next year stock market Not Good--then RM1/dividen very
important to them

i think azmin have no choice anymore and he have to close this water issue as kps which is under the selangor govt is having serious debt issue if not close. Keep the finger cross as tomorrow agreement may involve puncak and kps.

Everybody cannot tahan already. Puncak give up to July. KPS give signal cannot take it any longer. Selangorians also cannot take it as it affects livelihood. Azmin and Maximus will have to sign or it will completely go out of control and these two will be blame by everybody as the ones who cannot work things out. They also cannot tahan if this reputation is on them. cry wolf 3 times so 4th time is true!

Both Umno and PKR has the same objective--how to raise fund for 14th General election. (You cannot raise Billions in 6 months) And Langat2 is the biggest ATM machine to fatten cronies.

like Hng33 said, you should ask EPF fund manager that question. EPF has hundreds of account managers. Some of they operate with clear directives and targets. They are not allowed to trade at their own sentiment. Some of them might have to sell once their holding earn a certain pre-set target % proft. Or maybe they could be freeing up cash to support some local GLCs. Endless reasons...

look at the bright side... heavy selling this morning .... almost 400,000 share in less than 30 mins after opening... but the price still holding... its the 3000 block at 2.77 that is a bit disconcerting...

EPF selling or not should be secondary or non consideration. We should be concerned whether they can conclude the signing of amended master agreement and honour the S&P. That all we should focus and know. The rest let the clown barking la. Once deal on, EPF willing to sell 60cent for a dollar? Logic right?

The answer is very simple lor, EPF everyday also buy and sell many stock, just go and check what is the price performance of that particular stock, up or down. if follow EPF footstep, what will happen to your own portfolio.....If you track EPF financial performance in the stock market, declare around 6% income to EPF holder, it always laggard behind most of the unit trust performance.

Again, if every time EPF buy/sell action also related to insider news....how accurate is information....and if everyday share price movement also relate to insider news, there will be not daily up and down of the share price already, trading activity will be minimum.

If stock market is efficient, all stock will be fully value and trade at their fair value...so no more any hidden gem, undervalue stock, stock trading at half, or quarter of their NTA etc..... technical analysis also diminished..no oversold, overbought, resistance, support

Bear in mind, EPF is NOT involve in company management, even these company is majority control by EPF like MRCB and MBSB, see how is the performance of that stock now, if you trust EPF, just invest in EPF control stock lor.

Back to the question, why EPF sell, road block etc....EPF trading behaviors is very similar to Kumpulan Wang Persaraan, in which if there want to dispose that particular stock based on their won discretion investment decision, they will do at all cost, even their action will bashed down stock price, very hasty.

Therefore, for more concrete and wise investment making, back to stock fundamental, so long as the deal can be seal, and Puncak at net cash RM 3.70/fully diluted share, special dividend RM 1 is coming, I'll continue hold on Puncak.

i dont know whether EPF has insider news... but they are supposed to trade as if they do not have any insider news. if an important country fund like EPF keep trading blatantly on insider news, i think we have a big problem ....
