Sudahkena: When everyone is disappointed about azimin statement that the deal will delay, hng33 was selling. But i kept buying at that time. I always mention death is "reincarnation" Just gave u the hint that the deal will sign anytime. But when i knew that the deal will seal in another 2 months, i queued all my shares at 2.76-2.80 to sell because i know many people will chase and they wont realize that the deal will seal only after another 2 months.

I not great forecaster and such fickery or so called nimble minded as u, Mr pro Roger. Azmin declared isu air selesai. Will he fail takeover pnsb n syabas? Why at today they rush to sign it. Force takeover would not take just two month so short. He and rozali will let this s&p fall through after all effort till now? Rozali is biz man. Only same selling price with smooth completion is desirable as have been signed. Otherwise, it only go into higher selling price. I don't have insider are you from start till now. But u can only give half baked thing always. Maybe your moles is weak there. You should apply a post in kettha for God sake. Following your advise from start is a invitation to losing money. No affirmative answer, taiko. Can only put yourself in rozali shoe and make a best decision by yourself. Rozali either want to be good guy or bad guy. Good guy- in view of fed n state to restructure water commitment, puncak is also in full support toward completion for selangor well being but we lose lots of time, it is our hope can be finazlied before xxx subjected to xxx. Or bad guy- we want a higher price or nothing. Selangorian think this is buaya trying to sabotage them, blood sucker? Take the blame of whole failure and move to pas kelatan? Go to court to cont fight? Why not just pick the low hanging fruit. Everyone happy.. Shorter time vs court time. But how azmin deal with splash I don't know... Ask Roger the pro. Sell sell sell and buy buy buy. Good for your pocket and health maybe....

The biggest issue of state land ownership is solved now. it is just waiting for state government to transfer asset to federal within 60 days to get 2 Billion. After that, puncak will get 1.5Billion.

I would expect yesterday vol. to be 10mil but only 6.5mil so Big fishes are still waiting.
To negotiate 7.694 billion liabilties in 60 days with PAAB is extremely fast operation.
Luckily most of the terms and conditions were settled during Khalid's time.
( selling a normal house needs 9 months for lawyer to complete the legal works )

PNHB Harap Proses Ambil Alih Industri Air Selangor Disegerakan

KUALA SELANGOR, 10 Julai (Bernama) -- Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad (PNHB) berharap proses pengambilalihan industri perkhidmatan air di Selangor dapat disegerakan.

Pengerusi Eksekutif PNHB Tan Sri Rozali Ismail berkata tindakan drastik perlu diambil untuk menyelesaikan proses pengambilalihan itu setelah kerajaan negeri dan pusat akhirnya bersetuju meneruskan perjanjian berkenaan yang tertangguh sejak beberapa tahun lepas.

Beliau berkata pihaknya turut berasa bimbang sekiranya proses penstrukturan semula industri air masih tidak dapat diselesaikan, ia pasti akan menambah penderitaan rakyat di Selangor, Kuala Lumpur dan Putrajaya.

"Saya berharap kerajaan negeri dan kerajaan pusat dapat bekerjasama erat terutamanya untuk selesaikan masalah air," katanya kepada pemberita di sini hari ini.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika ditemui di Majlis Berbuka Puasa dan Perasmian Masjid Puncak Alam di sini yang disempurnakan oleh Sultan Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

Rozali berkata pihaknya akan bertemu dengan kerajaan negeri dalam masa terdekat untuk melaksanakan penyerahan pengurusan air seperti yang termaktub dalam perjanjian utama sebelum ini.

Perjanjian tambahan kepada perjanjian utama penstrukturan semula industri perkhidmatan air Selangor, Kuala Lumpur dan Putrajaya akhirnya dimuktamadkan hari ini antara Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Kerajaan Selangor.

Menerusi perjanjian itu, kedua-dua pihak mempunyai 60 hari untuk selesaikan segala syarat dipersetujui dalam perjanjian utama sebelum ia dikuatkuasakan.

Majlis menandatangani perjanjian tambahan penstrukturan semula industri air itu disaksikan Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Proses pengambil alihan industri air itu tergendala apabila Menteri Besar Selangor Mohamed Azmin Ali pada Mac lepas memutuskan untuk tidak meneruskan perjanjian tersebut atas alasan kerajaan pusat melanggar syarat yang ditetapkan.

Selangor Water Issue: Azmin Thanks Federal Government


PUTRAJAYA, July 10 (Bernama) -- The Selangor state government is thankful to the Federal Government for the cooperation given to finalise the restructuring of the water supply industry in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, said Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali.

He said during the 10-month negotiation, both the state and federal governments were committed to ensure the water industry in Selangor was more holistic in the interest of both industrial and domestic consumers.

He said during the negotiation process, both sides defended their respective views and stands but saw the bigger picture for it to be amicably resolved.

"I would like to place on record the state government's appreciation and thanks to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his deputy, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in extending their cooperation to finalise the deal.

"Maximus (Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili) and I had discussed it throughout yesterday to late at night. I also had to contact the Deputy Prime Minister and he was kind enough to respond to me at 4.58 am.

"The agreement is a good start to forge closer cooperation in the interest of the people and consumers especially in Selangor," he said.

He was speaking at a joint media conference after the signing of the Supplementary Agreement to the Restructuring of Water Industry Agreement for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya here today.

Muhyiddin, who is also the Cabinet Committee on Water Issues in Selangor chairman, also witnessed the signing of the agreement. Also present was Ongkili.

Meanwhile, Ongkili said the federal government was thankful to Selangor Menteri Besar who worked hard to pore over the drafts presented in the Supplementary Agreement until it was finalised.

He said the Selangor government had also set aside political differences to reach an agreement to sign the Supplementary Agreement.

"The spirit of give and take between the federal government and the Selangor state government prevailed for the finalisation of the agreement," he said.

Meanwhile, in KUALA SELANGOR, Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad (PNHB) executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail said he hoped the takeover of water services industry in Selangor could be expedited to overcome a water supply crisis which is getting more serious.

He said drastic action should be taken to resolve the problem after the state and federal governments finally agreed to sign the agreement which has been delayed for several years.

He told reporters that PNHB was also worried if the water industry restructuring was not resolved, it would add to the misery of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya residents.

Highlight 1:
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin witnessed the signing of the agreement involving the federal government, Selangor state government, Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB) and Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor).The signatories have 60 days to fulfill the Condition Precedents (CPs) in the master agreement. When the CPs have been fulfilled, the master agreement and Sale and Purchase of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad (PNHB) Shares would be enforced to enable Air Selangor to take over Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (SYABAS).


Highlight 2 :
Under the master agreement, the federal government would allocate RM2 billion for the Selangor government to take over the equities of the concessionaires. The federal government through PAAB has absorbed the liabilities of the water concession companies totalling RM7.694 billion. In return for the RM2 billion and RM7.694 billion, the Selangor government must hand over the water assets to PAAB. These assets would be leased out again by PAAB to Air Selangor based on 'lease rental' for a period of 40 years, as what is being done in the restructuring of the water supply industry in other states. Nevertheless, the agreement has not been enforced till now as certain CPs in the master agreement have not been fulfilled. Aside from that, the sale and purchase agreement signed on Nov 11, 2014 for PNHB shares has not been enforced as Air Selangor has not paid for the SYABAS and PNSB equities it bought. Air Selangor will only make the payment after receiving the funds from PAAB. On the other hand, PAAB will only release the funds after Air Selangor fulfills all the CPs in the master agreement.


Highlight 3:
At a joint media conference, Ongkili said the next step was to ensure fulfillment of the CPs and transferring assets to enable release of the allocation from the federal government for the conclusion of the restructuring agreement. Mohamed Azmin is confident that the 60 days' period for discussions with PAAB was sufficient to finalise the facility agreement.


Highlight 4:

Are Rozali referring to Splash which is still insist not to sell its water assets ?? with just total RM 2 billion allocation available for State to take over all water concession, Puncak (PNSB + 70% syabas) already want RM 1.556 billion, Abbass want RM 91m, Syabas (state control remain 30% syabas) want RM 100m, then remain balance is for Splash RM 250m, will splash willing to accept? Con-incidentally, the 60 days to complete take over is match with the deadline (by Spet) for splash to accept the take over offer from state.

lets hope Puncak can faster seal the deal with state, take these RM 1.55 bil and complete the water disposal. Avoid involve in tussle fight with splash for these limited fund RM 2bilion and also avoid potential political tussle again in Selangor politic due to these ....

My guess ultimately water traffic will increase to offset the restructuring cost. Puncak s&p will be concluded asap by azmin n rozali with limited fund from paab. Splash takeover will go through later by additional debt taken by air Selangor plus project as sweetener to gamuda. Depend on azmin creative effort now. My take he will make take puncak assets 1st, isolate splash pressurize to get deal on. Rather than takeover in one shot. Rozali dulan, splash not agreeable....no progress not what azmin want...
