1. CIMB analyst report not based on factual information and an unwillingness to present a corrected version besides not replying my emails.

2. Concern over Puncak Niaga's pricey plantation and questionable TRIPLC deal (Tan Sri Rozali has been disposing shares of TRIPLC lately.)

voon1900 barely, less than 2% of my holding in Puncak currently, only for trading purpose (hands itchy? Think too dangerous to really buy and hold now). Dare not invest given current crazy deals by Rozali, sigh!

actually, bought at 0.895 but think I am acting out of anger, which is bad for investment or trading purposes...

Can only hope SC will bring justice for us minority shareholders. Of course, if you are a shareholder, your complaint will help.

Need to know what LTH has in mind... Puncak currently has a NA of 3.41 per share, of which approximately 2.50 CASH per share. I can only hope Puncak (with LTH fighting for it?) offering 2.50 to shareholders wanting out instead of joining his GRAND vision, since he has been so KIND to other shareholders but not his...

Are you a Puncak shareholder? Have you invested in Puncak because of me? I believe I was not wrong in valuing the company, and the balance sheet is still showing a net asset per share of 3.41 while its net cash per share is still approximately 2.50 per share. So, what's wrong if I believe Puncak should be valued between 2.30 and 2.80 the least to reflect its net cash and its land holding (it has over 250 acres in Selangor) that's debt free?

If you are not a Puncak shareholder, why are you so pissed here trying to remind 'expert'? If you are, why are you so pissed at the 'expert' here but not the 'expert' publishing expert view but with inaccurate data or majority shareholders sitting in the board not trying to assuage shareholders' fear?

Or, are you the CIMB analyst so pissed at me complaining to SC? Or, are you Rozali or his clan member so pissed at me complaining to SC?

If you are shareholder, exercise your rights rather than who knows what your intention here...

If you are merely trying to have fun over angered Puncak shareholders like me, wonder what you are...

Yeah guys desperately need Puncak minority shareholders to vote NO

With funding in place for ZIP3 exponential revenue and profit will be recognised in the coming Qtrs

Going by PE alone its undervalued

Going by sum of parts / DCF, the offer is so low its comical

210m - 140m (land) = 70m for BOTH concessions.

Construction cost:
Z1P2 has a construction cost of circa RM270mil and guaranteed 42m per year availability charges.

Z1P3 has construction cost of RM599mil (almost double, and you can imagine the availability charges for this...)

Project NPV:
Z1P2 Financial Assets of approx. 350m - approx. 300m (senior+junior debt) taken up for the project, and you have project NPV of RM50million (equity value will of course be much higher)

Going by construction cost, Z1P3's project NPV should be at least double (most likely more, since larger cost = larger risk = larger required returns - it has a longer concession period)

In fact, Rozali you should just sell triplc to the highest bidder, triplc will easily $300 million

roger, if you a shareholder and you are concerned, call or email SC. And you are always welcomed to vote NO to any deal Puncak board has to offer unless it has initiated share buy back to the tune of RM 200 million or offer 2.50 per share cash out option to shareholders (that's what I believe, among other ways, options that will assuage shareholders concern).

ysn8, tell your broker you would like to vote for the event, and you will be given a form to sign. Just tick on NO and your broker will process for you. You don't have to be there to say NO to Rozali.

Raider says Existing shareholder Triplc will get roughly Rm 3.00 per share for a new listed company cash shell company loh...!!

The cash of the shell listed PEB is still control by Puncak & Rozali mah.....!!

Same case as Puncak net cash per share Rm 2.50
Now new listed PEB got net cash shell of Rm 3.00 per share.

Raider think Rozali will play the same trick as puncak earlier offer a dividend of Rm 1.00 to Triplc or the new listed PEB shareholder loh...!!

If Rozali distribute say Rm 0.50 per share....u will end out, the new listed shell will worth Rm 2.50 loh...!!

In that case this new PEB/ triplc will trade at around Rm 0.90 as per puncak scenario with Rm 2.50 net cash per share loh....!!

Don forget Puncak better, still got other assets as well amounting to rm 1.70 per share plus net cash Rm 2.50 per share mah...!!

Based on the above analysis Triplc may be worth around Rm 1.40 per share loh....!!
Better sell b4 too late loh...!!
